Tyler is an associate attorney whose practice emphasizes insurance defense litigation including first party bad faith, commercial construction, residential construction, commercial motor vehicle fatalities, wrongful death, and personal injuries. Tyler’s experience includes handling large, complex construction defect claims through the American Arbitration Association, as well as rapid deployment and media control following construction disasters.
Tyler received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Saginaw Valley State University in Michigan. From there, he moved to Albuquerque, New Mexico where he received his Juris Doctorate from The University of New Mexico School of Law. While in law school, Tyler externed for Justice Richard Bosson at the New Mexico Supreme Court. He also served as the submissions editor for the Natural Resources Journal, the nation’s oldest law school journal focusing on natural resource matters. Prior to moving to Colorado, Tyler practiced at an insurance defense litigation firm in Albuquerque, New Mexico. There he specialized in construction defect, commercial motor vehicle fatality, and catastrophic injury litigation.
